Each session begins with a brief consultation where we discuss your intentions, any specific concerns, and what you hope to achieve. This helps tailor the session to your unique needs.
During the 45-minute healing session, you'll lie comfortably while I channel Reiki energy through gentle hand placements. Many people experience warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Some see colors or have emotional releases.
After the session, we'll take a few moments to ground and discuss your experience. I'll provide guidance on integrating the healing and any practices that may support your continued wellbeing.

Choose your service, pick a date, and select an available time slot. Reiki and Pellowah sessions are booked by the hour (45 min + 15 min rest), Spirit Readings by the half hour.
