Do I need any prior experience for the Level 1 course?
Not at all! The Level 1 course is designed for complete beginners. No previous experience with Reiki or energy work is required.
What should I wear for a Reiki session?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You'll remain fully clothed during the session. Just come as you are and be ready to relax.
Are online Reiki sessions effective?
Yes! Reiki energy is not limited by physical distance. Many clients experience the same benefits from distance sessions as they do in person.
